You've died of dysentary. Sucks to be you.
Two weeks ago I signed up for the annual walk-a-thon that my place of employment urges staff members to participate in. We are given pedometers, 63 days, and the goal of 630,000 steps by the end of of our adventure. That's an average of 10,000 steps daily which is recommended for everyone. AND, if all or most staff participates our overall goal for work is that we will walk a combined total of 4 million steps, equal to the length of the Oregon Trail. Something awesome and slightly ridiculous? Reading counts towards 1,500 steps per hour. Why exercise when I can just read about fitness? Maybe that's why I like reading blogs so much.
Day 16: 169,807 steps. I revel in mediocrity.
