At work today I was pondering which books I should surround myself with in the Autumn months to come, as I think there could be nothing better than fresh, chilly air outside, a purple afghan, and a good book. Naturally, Halloween and Thanksgiving come to mind when I think of this favorite season of mine and those always make me desire a good book about Massachusetts and the Salem Witchcraft Trials. What could I read besides "The Crucible?" Tell me, please!
Possible books on my Fall reading list:
1. "Something Wicked This Way Comes" - Ray Bradbury (Checked out from the library today!)
2. "The Halloween Tree" - Ray Bradbury
3. "Roald Dahl's Book of Ghost Stories" - Roald Dahl
4. "Dracula" - Bram Stoker
Any more ideas for books in this most excellent of gloomy seasons?
